DeployManage

DeployManage Refund Policy

Effective 14 October 2026. Purchases made before this date stay under the terms that applied when they were made.

Every charge is final

A DeployManage plan unlocks its server, site and team limits the moment the payment goes through. From then on you can provision servers, connect repositories and ship releases, so we treat each monthly or yearly payment as final and do not refund it afterwards. Section 3 lists the only exceptions.

When you subscribe, you ask us to start the service immediately. Where consumer law grants a 14 day right to withdraw from a digital service, that right ends once the service has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that it is lost.

1. Situations that do not qualify for a refund

  • You subscribed but deployed nothing, or connected fewer servers than the plan allows.
  • A renewal went through before you switched it off.
  • You picked Business when Growth would have covered your servers, or yearly billing when you only needed a month.
  • A deploy failed because of your code, your build script, your provider account or your server resources.
  • Your cloud provider charged you for servers. Those invoices come from the provider, not from us.
  • You cancelled part way through a month or a year and want the remaining time back.
  • Your project was paused, cancelled or moved to another tool.

2. Cancelling

Switch off renewal in billing settings whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the paid period ends and then stops. Cancelling prevents future charges. It does not undo a charge already taken, and partial periods are not credited.

3. The three exceptions

  1. Duplicate charge. If an error on our side billed the same plan twice for the same period, we return the duplicate.
  2. Unauthorized charge. If your card was used without your permission and you tell us within 14 days of the charge, we investigate and return the charge when the evidence supports it.
  3. Total outage. If the DeployManage panel could not be used at all for most of a billing period because of a failure on our side, and you reported it while it was happening, we refund that period.

A refund never exceeds what you paid for the period in question and is returned to the card that paid it. Send the charge date and amount to [email protected] from the address on your account, within 14 days of the charge.

4. Renewals and retries

Plans renew at the start of each period until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, our payment operator retries it over the following days. A successful retry is an ordinary renewal of a period that had already started.

5. What we keep on record

For every account we keep the time you accepted the terms of service, an activity log (sign-ins, servers connected, deployments run) and the payment record held by our payment operator, including the 3D Secure result.

6. Chargebacks

Write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Opening a chargeback for a charge covered by this policy without contacting us first breaches the terms of service, and the account is closed.
