Effective 14 October 2026.
These terms govern your use of DeployManage, the server management and deployment panel at deploymanage.com. "We" and "us" mean the administrator of the deploymanage.com service. "You" means the person or organization that holds the account. Notices go to [email protected].
DeployManage connects to servers on cloud accounts that you own, provisions them, deploys your applications from Git and keeps a history of each release. Your cloud provider bills you directly for the servers. We never resell or mark up server capacity.
You are responsible for the credentials, SSH keys, provider tokens and repository access you connect to DeployManage, and for everything done through your account by you or the team members you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
DeployManage is sold as a subscription. Starter, Growth and Business are billed monthly or yearly in advance, and yearly billing costs half the monthly price. Each plan renews automatically until you switch off renewal in billing settings. The demo is a single deployment on one server, outside the price list. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice to account holders before a change applies to them.
All payments are final. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period; it does not reverse a past charge and unused time is not pro-rated. The three cases in which we correct a charge, and how to ask, are set out in the refund policy. Filing a chargeback for a charge covered by that policy without contacting us first is a breach of these terms.
Do not use DeployManage to run malware, send spam, attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency on servers you are not entitled to use, or host content that is illegal where the server runs. We may suspend an account that puts other customers or the service at risk.
Your repositories, environment variables, databases and server contents remain yours. We access them only to perform the actions you request and to keep the service running. Keep your own backups: a rollback in DeployManage restores a code release, not data written by your application.
We work to keep the panel available, but servers you manage keep running on your provider even when the panel is down. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or downtime of your servers.
You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms. Closing an account does not delete servers on your cloud provider; remove them there if you no longer need them.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
